Our new salt chlorinated pool is now open for residents of Rowland Springs Estates and their guests.  The clover shaped, resort style pool is 5' at its deepest with geysers that add fun for the family. We also have a childrens' swimming platform for the little ones. Pool rules are clearly posted at the pool.

Outside the pool area the entire family can enjoy tetherball, basketball and volleyball.

Like to picnic by the pool? Rowland Springs Estates has opened a new picnic area for residents and their guests. Slightly embedded at the timberline, this area is relaxing and peaceful for a family luncheon or private party.
